Black History Month: Resilience Exhibition 2024

We are proud to introduce you to our latest event in collaboration with the Royal Museums Greenwich. The event, situated at the amazing rooms of the Queen’s House, highlights the exceptional work of artists from the Black community who work on digital media, exploring themes of identity, culture, language, society, and other related topics that resonate with the concept of resilience.  It was a fantastic evening with a thought-provoking panel talk between the two artists, Danielle Royer and Canaan J Brown, and hosted by Adoudu.

Through this event, we accomplished two of our key goals at The Collective Makers: creating spaces for underrepresented and emerging artists and initiating necessary conversations within the industry.
